Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. (Master's degree preferred)
Proven experience in providing technical support for Catia software or similar CAD/CAM/CAE applications.
In-depth knowledge of Catia software, including proficiency in part design, assembly design, drafting, surface modeling, and other modules.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues independently.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with users, understand their requirements, and convey technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Proficiency in scripting languages such as VBScript, Python, or CATScript for customization and automation tasks.
Experience in software installation, configuration, and system administration.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality technical support services.
Certifications in Catia or related software applications (e.g., CATIA Associate, CATIA Professional) are a plus.
Knowledge in Enovia/3D experience will be added advantage
Knowledge in Aeronautics Domain will be added advantage
